We recommend divers/snorkelers to bring their own gear or at least their mask and snorkel.
Guests are requested to take care of their own/rented equipment and avoid touching others’.
BOOKING PROCEDURES
Booking should be send by email to kresna_tour@yahoo.com
Cutoff Date for tentative booking will made 7-14 days after the reservation receive. Trips are considered confirmed once deposit has been received.
30% Deposit will be apply no more than 12 days after reservation has been confirmed, the balance is due 20 days prior the sailing date. The booking in the period 30 days before departure will be considered as a last minute booking and will be requested to full payment to block seats.
All payment are prepayment and payable to our official account which will informed to an invoice
Please made the payment no more than Cut of Date(COD) which have mention in invoice other reservation will automatically release.
Additional bank charges incurred for overseas money transfer are the responsibility of agent, we require receiving the full amount of the payable invoice.
